Panoramic Complex Trulli/Pajare (Villa + Dépendance)

In the area adjacent to Santa Maria di Leuca, overlooking the wonderful Ionian coast, is the property “Panoramic Complex Trulli/Pajare”, named after the typical Salento buildings similar to the trulli. Immersed in a garden with an exciting sea view, extended for a total of about 4000 square meters, there are two independent houses. Each one has two floors, with a refined style that combines minimal-chic furnishings and elements of typical architecture. Local stones, white pergolas, green terraces, large windows with an enchanting view on the sea, garden and swimming pool. LAYOUT AND INTERIORS. The main house is on two levels. The entrance leads into a panoramic open space, characterized by refined furnishing elements: there is a relaxation area, dining area and open kitchen. The large windows, adjacent to the pergola, allow you to admire a wonderful view, which encloses the pool area, part of the park and a stunning view on the sea, particularly suggestive at sunset. On the same floor there is a bathroom with shower and the stairwell leading to the basement, where the three comfortable and bright bedrooms are located, all equipped with wide windows overlooking the external courtyard, where there is a laundry too. There are also 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower and 1 with bathtub also equipped with a shower head. The second house has an identical layout to the main building, but with 1 bedroom, also with direct access to the external courtyard, with laundry and en-suite bathroom with shower.

GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL. The outdoor area is about 3800 sq. meters wide and it’s characterized by terracing and typical vegetation. The low local stone walls delimit the spaces, while embellishing them and enhancing the enchanting panoramic view. The pool measures 4.40 m x 10.40 m and is 1.60 m high and slopes down to 1 m, with easy access from an internal step. The large solarium area is equipped with outdoor shower, loungers and chairs of minimal design. Simply the perfect combination for unforgettable dives, even under the moonlight.
